Andersen ie Intelligent Estimate: FREE Software
Here is a little software that I was turned onto. It seems that Andersen is now offering a FREE estimating software for the building pro, whether you be Builder, Remodeler or Large-scale developer. I took a look, ran through their tutorial, downloaded the software and ran a couple of sample projects, everything seems to run pretty smoothly and it looks like it would be a tremendous time-saver. The service is free for a single user with minimal fees for multi-user subscriptions.
