About Kleer

Kleer is extruded cellular PVC with a small cell microstructure that can be used in any non-load bearing application for results that are superior to wood in exterior applications. Kleer has a density that is similar to white pine and a matte finish that looks like painted wood. Kleer's unique range of physical properties allows it to look and feel like wood without experiencing the problems associated with wood in exterior applications.

Kleer™ products are extruded from the finest grade of PVC resins and other polymers, ensuring a level of consistency and durability that is unmatched in the industry. Manufactured on breakthrough compounding and extruding technology to demanding specifications, the Kleer™ line of cellular PVC products is backed by a Limited Lifetime Warranty that includes labor for the first two years.

Moisture and insects cause most of the problems associated with wood in exterior applications, like peeling paint, rot and decay. Since Kleer cellular PVC products are virtually impervious to moisture and insects, it outperforms wood in non-load bearing exterior applications. Kleer can be installed in direct contact with grade, masonry, concrete or other potentially wet surfaces.

Kleer does not require paint for protection or to retain its white color, but can be easily painted with 100% acrylic latex paints with amazing results. Kleer can be milled, shaped and routed using the same tools used with wood. It can be nailed, screwed, cut and drilled just like wood. It can even be heat-bent to create trim pieces for arced or circle-top applications.

Kleer can be used on fascias, rakes, soffits, frieze or corners. It can be milled to created pilasters, gingerbread and custom architectural details to create a complete exterior millwork package.
